The request list lives in your browser, not on our server
When you click “Request this piece” on a product page, the item is saved to your own browser’s local storage — a small file kept on your device. Nothing is sent to tea.furniture at that point. Your request list only leaves your device when you choose to open the pre-filled email it builds and send it yourself.
What we receive when you email us
If you send a request, contact us, or use a mailto link on this site, we receive whatever your email client sends: your address, and whatever you write or the request list includes (piece name, price, page link). We use it to answer your request — availability, lead time, shipping quote — and nothing else.
No tracking pixels, no third-party ad networks
This site does not run advertising trackers. Standard web-server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) are kept briefly for security and reliability, as with any website.
Questions about your data
Email us and we’ll tell you plainly what we hold, which — outside of an email you sent us — is nothing.
