我第一次造访这间位于安吉山区外的作坊，是在为一款尚不存在的茶桌概念寻找货源之时。作坊主人是第三代竹匠，他向我展示了一张带有内置排水槽的矮桌原型 — 最初是为一家从未开业的潮州茶馆设计的。骨架上已具备一切：100公分宽的竹层压桌面，轻得单人可搬，却又坚固得足以应付整场功夫茶会；带有斜度的水槽将水汇流至下方隐藏的托盘。令我印象深刻的是桌面。他们摒弃了传统清漆，改用高温加压——使竹材天然的糖分凝结密封，几乎不受湿气影响。作坊使用四年生的毛竹 (Phyllostachys edulis)，此时木质素含量最有利于稳定性。裁切后，竹条以横纹堆栈，经过热压，再手工砂磨六次 — 足以闭合毛孔而不形成塑料般的薄膜。我们经过三次调整，才让水槽斜度符合我们的排水速度标准。这批货来自2025年9月批量，在天气转凉、足以防止胀裂时完成加工。每张桌子都带有作坊的印记，并附一小瓶茶花籽油用于首次滋养。

A lingering coolness where the bamboo meets the forearm, and a quiet satisfaction in its understated durability — it only deepens with use.
Setting it up
每次茶会后用微湿软布擦拭。避免长时间浸泡或使用洗碗皂。每年一次，用食品级矿物油薄薄涂抹一层以保养竹材光泽并防止干裂。
